The surgery is open from 8:00am to 7:00pm Monday to Friday. Please note that not all doctors are available every day of the week. Once a month our staff hold regular meetings which in turn cause the surgery to be closed.
How to make an appointment
You may make appointments in person, via telephone or online – using Patient Access or MyGP App for iTunes or Google Play (accessible via a Smart Phone). You can book a face to face or telephone consultation with a clinician. We offer on the day appointments and pre bookable appointments, which are available up to four weeks in advance.
When you make your appointment please tell a staff member that you require an interpreting service .
How to cancel an appointment
Each week we have a number of patients who do not attend their appointments. Please tell us as soon as possible if you are unable to make your appointment or no longer require it. We can then offer it to another patient. You should cancel your appointment by telephoning 0208 370 4900 or online via our online services or MyGP App for iTunes or Google Play (accessible via a Smart Phone).

When we are closed
Please restrict all “Out-of-Hours” calls to urgent problems which cannot wait until the next day – it is always best to contact our service first, rather than attending the Accident & Emergency Service directly, as you will receive faster and more appropriate care this way.

In an emergency you should telephone 999. For shortness of breath and/or severe chest pains, uncontrolled bleeding or unconsciousness ALWAYS telephone 999.
You can ring for results between 10:00am-12:30pm and 2:30pm- 4:00pm Monday – Friday. Our receptionists should be able to help you, or will direct you to a doctor if not. Please allow a week after your sample has been sent to the lab, before calling for the result.
