Changes to our Online Services

We have recently changed our online services from Vision Online to Patient Access. If you were previously registered with Vision Online we will be sending you a letter with a new code to enable you to use Patient Access.

If you were not previously registered with Vision Online you will need to sign up for online access to be able to access the online appointment booking. The first stage of this HAS to be done in person at the practice (there is an application form for you to complete) and you must bring two proof of identity documents with you, one of which MUST be either a photo driving license or a passport. Without these we will not be able to sign you up.

Once you are signed up with us you will be given a letter with your unique references and then you have to go to the website to register for access to the service.

You will be able to use Patient Access to:

  • Book appointments
  • Cancel appointments
  • Request repeat prescriptions
  • View medical records
  • View test results
