Our admin staff cover a wide range of duties from finance and patient registration to making appointments and logging test results, and they are at the heart of the practice, making sure that everything runs smoothly and that the doctors have the information they require to maintain a high standard of service.
All of our admin staff are experienced, trained health care professionals who adhere to strict codes of confidentiality.
Our receptionists provide an important link for patients with the practice and are your initial contact point for general enquiries. They can provide basic information on services and direct you to the right person to see depending on your health matter or query. They also make most of the patient appointments with the doctors and nurses.
Our admin staff perform many other tasks that are important to the day-today running of the practice. These include processing repeat prescription requests and dealing with prescription enquiries, handling test results/enquiries, dealing with financial claims, logging information on patient records, and carrying out searches and practice audits.
Other key members of the admin team are our medical secretaries who not only handle the majority of correspondence for the doctors but will assist patients with following up referrals.
